How to Order My Lighting Samples?
Already a Flexfire PRO Partner? Requesting your FREE samples only takes a few minutes. If you're not a member yet, joining is just as simple and designed with busy lighting professionals in mind:
1. Join Flexfire PRO. If you’re a contractor, electrician, interior designer, or any other type of lighting professional, apply for our Flexfire PRO Partner Program—we'll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Complete the Form. Fill out the sample request form with your business information. Choose up to two LED strip light samples you'd like to test.
3. We'll Review Your Request. Once approved, we’ll prepare and process your sample order. We’ll also reach out to discuss the specific white strip CCTs and any other project details to make sure you get the right samples for your project.

Free samples are available exclusively to qualified members of the Flexfire PRO Partner Program.

Free LED strip light samples are available to Flexfire PRO Partners. Not a PRO Partner yet? You can still apply here, and we’ll review your request and help you get started!
Can a homeowner or direct customer request LED strip light samples?
Planning a larger residential project? Homeowners can contact us directly to inquire about sample requests.
How many samples can I request?
Each request is limited to two (2) LED strip light samples.
Does submitting a free sample request guarantee I'll receive samples?
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Every request is reviewed by our team to ensure it meets the requirements of the Flexfire PRO sample initiative.
What if, for any given reason, my sample request is denied?
You can always contact us if you have any questions about your sample request. Also, keep in mind that many of our LED Strip Light series are available in convenient 4 ft lengths, making it easy to test products in your application without a significant upfront investment.
Why do you need to review sample requests?
We review every request to ensure samples are being used for legitimate lighting projects, recommend the most appropriate products for each application, and verify sample availability.
How many samples can I request?
Each request is limited to two (2) LED strip light samples.
Can I request products other than LED strip lights?
At this time, free samples are only available for select LED strip lights. Need a sample of another product? Feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to review other requests and see if we can help.
Do FREE samples include power supplies, controllers, connectors, or accessories?
Free samples typically apply to LED strip lights only. Power supplies, controllers, connectors, and other accessories are generally not included—but if you need something else for your project, we can discuss it when we reach out after you’ve submitted the form. We’ll be happy to see how we can help.
How long does it take to receive my samples?
We generally ship sample orders the next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Who pays for the shipping of the samples?
Sample shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, but if you have any questions or special circumstances, just let us know. We’ll be happy to see how we can help.
Do you ship samples internationally?
Yes. We can ship samples internationally. Please note that international shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I request more than two samples?
Yes. You can request more than two samples, but only your first two samples are free. Any additional samples would need to be paid for.
Can I submit multiple sample requests?
Yes, you can submit multiple sample requests. However, Flexfire reserves the right to decline requests if we believe the sample program is being misused.
What happens after I submit my request?
Our team reviews every request before preparing your samples. If we need additional information, we'll contact you directly.
