Fragile product but awesome customer service.

The connectors work great but make sure you don't have to disconnect and reconnect. I broke several because I had the polarity wrong and had to disconnect them. The 3M glue sticks to the slide that locks the connector and when I tried to pull it apart the slide broke. It could be my 73 year fingers just aren't flexible enough.

When I contacted Flexfire about the problem, they promptly replaced the ones I broke, no questions asked.
